"The room was clean on arrival but not tended to during our stay unless we asked for clean sheets, towels and rubbish (one extremely small bin in toilet) to be removed. Breakfasts were stunning if managed by the young ladies as it was more of a buffet and ingredients were separate, such as yoghurt and fruit; when cooked for by the owner of the B&B, my fruit was covered in yoghurt; it was given to my wife as I do not like the ingedient. "This historic hotel is right downtown in the best location for walking around. The pool and hot tub were a nice reprieve from the heat and we could head right back out into town. St Augustine is a beautiful, fun town and we were glad to stay in a hotel that matched the Spanish, historic feel. Definitely recommend staying here."

"Great location! Outdoor seating with great views. we watched the space launch from the upper deck. Large, clean room, comfy bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Sufficient parking for all guests. Minor issues: hot water had low pressure in shower, a/c unit was loud, no in-room safe. We would stay here again because overall it was wonderful."

"Everything was great except I took a bad fall walking down the steep stairs at night and didn’t see the last step so it would have been good for the stairs to have some sort of lighting right on the steps or at the bottom to prevent falls"

"Staff was great! Finding a parking space was a nightmare. There was no place to unload the luggage so we had to carry it 2 1/2 blocks to check in. When we were opening our room door there was a dog barking in the room next to ours. The dog barked for the next 10 mins. Then later in the afternoon when I wanted to get a power nap the dog started to bark again on and off the the next hour. I did not like the memory foam bed and the sheet kept coming off. That evening I got all of 2 1/2 hours sleep...

"Parking was free...but it was 8 blocks away at an apartment building. Tub faucet broke and the room had no water or snacks. Just not at all what we expected!! The location was good for restaurants. "
