"This place was lovely. It was very warm and welcoming for our visit. We initially booked for (4)days but after our son got all checked into his dorm. We decided to leave a day earlier. Checking in and out was very easy. I would definitely rent again. Thank you for having us. "

"The cabin has a beautiful view of the lake and is tucked into the trees. The cabin is beautiful and well taken care of. The cabin is just minutes from the lake even walking. It is an awesome experience with a lot to do. I would definitely stay again."

"Very spacious, enjoyed the view of the lake, and the pool table. Everyone had plenty of room, very comfortable and quiet neighborhood. We will be back again. "

"Had a great time at the house! We were in town for the Bourbon trail and Keeneland. The house was perfect for our group of 8 and remote enough that we got a great bang for our buck while still being able to get a bus for the bourbon trail. Plenty of room for people to sleep and the game room was really cool. The Captain’s quarters (master bedroom) was amazing! I’d definitely stay again. "

"I'm glad I came across the Scholars Apartment while visiting family. The communication, cleanliness, and furnishings are wonderful. The beds are amazing! This is definitely a favorite and top choice for my next visit."

"Berea was the middle point for a friend and I to meet up, and this house was perfect for us. It even accommodated my pup. The fenced in backyard was so nice and the house was on a dead end street with a trail at the end that led to a dog park. Despite the heat, we walked that multiple times. Krystin was super responsive, and had a treat out for the pup when we arrived. Would recommend!!"

"This was a great place for family and friends got get together. The cabin and grounds were large enough that we did not feel crowded but we always felt like we were together due to the unique layout of the cabin. We really liked the fire pit in the back. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the second floor. "

"The apartment was great, perfect for a long weekend trip. Cozy and comfortable, we had everything we could have need provided to us. Location was great, really close to shopping and food but still secluded tucked back into a neighborhood. Our host made check in and out really easy."
