"The overall place was good but the room size was too small. Its tight to move around in and thats with two people. The housekeeping offered things so late on the day. I'm used to housekeeping coming around in the mornings. The place is a good spot for a quick stay. "

"The staff was really friendly ! Unfortunately, the room was dirty. The bathroom had hair, countertops were not clean, towels had stains, the carpet had gum and walls were dirty. There was a group of people having a party in the hallway at 4:30 am. I hope they can fix these issues because the staff was really nice to us! "

"Hotel is outdated. My lamp stopped working a day into my stay. Lighting was poor in the room. Valet parking broke my key fob and put tape on it. I don’t know I expected more. Room service was around often so that’s good I guess. "

"We arrived to a nice warm welcome, our room was airy and clean, no bad smells. I loved the soft vs firm pillow options automatically in the room. Breakfast was decent with good coffee and tea selections. "

"Suited my basic needs ! And the price was lower than most other options. The building is newly renovated, and the room was small but clean & comfortable. Once I was in the room: all good. But externally: the "lobby" is negligible, the "breakfast" is a to-go bag of uninteresting snacks, it's a so-so sketchy neighborhood, a 10-15 minute walk to a subway station. the staff are helpful, but difficult to understand (heavy Indian accents)"

"I was very disappointed with my stay. There were several issues that made the experience stressful instead of enjoyable. First, there was not enough body wash provided, which was inconvenient. The WiFi also did not connect to the TV, and even after calling the front desk, no one was able or willing to help resolve the issue. The shower had a drainage problem and water would start flooding, so we had to rush through showers. Housekeeping was also below standard—the first cleaning was not done...

"Upon checking in, we were assigned to a room that was already reserved for another guest (if the key was working properly, we would have walked into a room with someone already inside). Once this matter was corrected by the front desk, we were directed to our room. During our stay, the water in the bathroom sink appeared milky/cloudy until we turned the faucet in a particular direction. This did not make us feel comfortable with brushing our teeth as we were not sure if the water was safe to...

"Great place! Bed was comfortable! Shower and toilet in same area is something to get used to, but it works! Very well thought out to get a nice SMALL room in Brooklyn. Great area, restaurant joined on to hotel had really nice food , service and coffee. "

"Nice facility located in walkable neighborhood. No amenities, but it is a boutique facility afterall. Have stayed once before and will use again. I think that it's best features are room size and shower. I rate them a solid five stars on those features. "
