"We stayed in Montenapoleone on the 5th floor. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly, the room was big, clean and air conditioned. The location was perfect, just behind the Duomo and a few minutes walk from La Scala opera house. Highly recommend."

"I reserved this property due to its supposed vicinity to the Milano Centrale train station. Supposed because in reality the property is in another town, outside Milan.
I came to check into the property at 9pm following the map shown on VRBO property profile, which clearly shows a couple of blocks away from Milano Centrale.
But surprisingly it is not there.
The owner didn't respond when asked for a refund and said he could not find anybody at VRBO customer service due to the late hour of the...

"Our stay at Seety Spartaco Milan was unfortunately disappointing due to a serious issue with the air conditioning. From the moment we arrived, the AC was clearly not working, and despite reporting it multiple times, we were repeatedly told that everything was functioning normally.
The room was very uncomfortable, especially at night, and no proper immediate solution was provided. We even requested a fan, but eventually I had to walk to a nearby Carrefour and buy one myself just to make the room...
