"The location is amazing. The rooms are really cool. Gas fire place. Good coffee in the rooms. Amazing views. Really quiet and peaceful around the property. The people at the front desk/office are really nice and helpful. The only reason why I'm giving this four stars (instead of five) is because my room smelled like cats. "The location and quaint facilities are great. We didn’t need extra services but the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we were surprised that the buildings and grounds are quite tired and weathered looking and although the rooms were clean and comfortable the carpet was dirty. Minor issues but worth noting. "

"This was the best choice we could have made. Hidden gem here. With a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the bay this could be one of the nicest places in Newport to stay."

"Fantastic views of the ocean from inside or outside, comfortable bed and chairs, nice heat, great hot tub. Very clean. Central location to take road trips of the coast. Only issue was controls for burners on vintage stove didn't work so great. Will visit again! "

"Great location, great view. Kitchen could have used more utensils and kitchen utensils. The bathroom door wouldnt stay on the track and was unlevel so it never closed fully. The front door had to be pushed real hard to fully close. Was difficult to get the temperature in the condonright, it was either too hot or too cold but was provided with a couple space heaters. "

"The cottage was cute and comfortable. Pleasant decor, comfy seating. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. Bedding and mattress were less than excellent. But overall we had a lovely time!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The home is in a great location—very walkable and close to everything we needed. There’s a cute kiddie/dog park nearby that both our 2.5-year-old and Goldendoodle loved. The house itself was comfortable and well-suited for a relaxing stay. We’d definitely come back!"

"The property was clean besides a little dog hair on the comforter. Otherwise, it came with a well stocked kitchen and the perfect location for exploring down town Depoe Bay!"

"Two seniors enjoyed sitting by window and watching waves. Walked to nearby coffee & restaurant and along coastal path. Stairs, which we knew about, a bit of challenge. Lovely home, decor, great shower!"

"This is a decent little apartment right on the beach with nice views. The back sliding door windows facing the beach in Unit 2 are not clear because there is some residue of some sort on them blurring the view. Other units don't have this problem. Other than that, the proximity to the beach and views from other windows are great. The apartment is right on the highway so road noise is a factor, though on the ocean side, you will hear the ocean."
