"The property is as advertised. We came with 3 couples and 2 kids which gave us all our own space. The kids loved their room with the bunk beds and games/technology provided. Appreciated all the beach chairs, toys and wagons for transport. Beach access was very easy and convenient. Fire pit was great for s'mores. Owners were very responsive to all inquiries. Look forward for booking this property for next summer."

"Absolutely amazing property with direct access to the beautiful beach! The house was amazing and the perfect amount of space we needed! Comfy beds and couches! Great kitchen! Very well kept!"

"Absolutely perfect! Located right by the beach, this house was clean and has so much space. If you need anything, Galveston is just a short 15-20 minute drive. The beach was maintained and never crowded. We will for sure be returning. Also, we have to give a shout out to a local pizzeria, the Way West Grill and Pizzeria was fabulous. Located in Jamaica Beach, so not even 7 minutes, this mom and pop restaurant has the best thin crust pizza and the service was amazing. Our daughter had a...

"Overall the house was great for 3/4 families with kids. The location to the beach was perfect -- very close. The "Cowboy" pool is perfect for kids 6 and under. The outdoor kitchen area downstairs would be really nice if it was a bit cooler. Communication with the owner/manager was easy and instructions were clear. The house could use some touch ups is my only gripe. 4.5/5 stars"
