"The house was clean and easy to get to. All of the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great communication ahead of time and having a local contact was appreciated but not needed. The checkout info in the book was a little different that what was posted on the cork board."

"Jeff is a great host and very responsive. The house was the perfect location to be close to family but have our own place. The golf cart was the perfect addition to get around like Villagers and our littles loved it. Very family friendly with minimalist decor. The pools were close by and easy to access. We will definitely stay here again."

"Property owners were great, very kind and even took my granddaughters out to the farm to meet the chickens and the cows. Overall experience was very very good. And an excellent price for sure! We visited all of the springs in every direction and the location was perfect. Indiana brought new towels 2 minutes after I messaged her. There's a few minor reasons I didn't give it a totally perfect score. I know this is Florida and it's hot, the room stayed moderately cool, but the unit worked hard the...

"We were very happy with the property. One of the showers was not in service, but we knew that before we arrived. It wasn't an issue. The owners were easy to get a hold of, and the place was great for our needs as a family of 5! Thank you! Would stay again!"

"The RV was extremely clean and larger than expected. It was very spacious and had everything we needed such as dishes, towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, and available TV’s in both living room and bedroom. It also had bed clothes and even a little surprise left for us from our host. There was the villages nearby within a 15 minute drive, local restaurants, and beautiful scenic sights. It was very pet friendly and had a wonderful screened in porch. There were also things to do on the...
