"First time to this area. Many hotels and cabins avaliable. This is the only one actually on the water. It's essentially a house boat so small like an RV. But very clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped. Can fish off the back deck. Also well located to explore the area. Would stay again. "

"Before you book, this is an older cabin, so be aware and don’t judge it for being older. It’s cozy and comfortable. Of course it needs some fixing here and there, but what doesn’t? Mainly the bathroom, but it functions as it should. The air conditioning works very well!! The cabin is right on the water. "This is an absolutely immaculate one bedroom apartment in what I can only describe as an idyllic setting, surrounded by nothing but tall trees and water. This is one where the pictures truly don't do the property justice. It's like the owners sat down and made a list of anything someone could want in a little lakeside hideaway then just provided all of it, from Keurig cups to kayaks. "My hubby and I enjoyed our stay at this great property. Beds were very comfy, place was nice and clean, and had everything we needed, which made us feel like home. From our property deck, we enjoyed the sunset view. Josh was very nice to let us use his boat house, where we enjoyed fishing and relaxing. We're planning to go back to this amazing place! "We were in town for a family birthday celebration over Memorial Day weekend. The house was very comfortable and in an easy location to reach all Guntersville has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Unlike many rentals, this property does not have the usual incidentals so bring your own soap or shower gel, laundry supplies, and first morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. "

"If you want to get away, this is a great spot near Lake Guntersville. The owner was very responsive during our stay and was willing to work with you to make your stay more comfortable. I appreciate the overhanging for boats or cars at the side of the cabin. Everything was clean, and kitchen had enough cooking wear for make good meals for the family. I would stay here again!"
