"Friendly staff, fantastic setting, good food"

"Staff were friendly and helpful, especially those serving in the restaurant. The food was freshly cooked, beautifully presented and good portion sizes. The room was clean, supplies were replenished, bins emptied and the bed was made on a daily basis. Would recommend staying there."

"What a wonderful B&B to stay at, so close to Thursford Christmas Spectacular show, literally a 5 minute walk away. The staff ( who are employed by Thursford) are so charming and very accommodating with every wish and desire. Everything was spotless and every amenity you could ask for in the room (Ivy). The choice of breakfast ( of which there is plenty) is excellent and cooked fresh to order. Would we stay there again? A resounding Yes and thankyou again to all the Staff who made the one night...

"We have just returned from a two-night stay, with two mothers and our 11-year-old sons in a 2-bedroom property. The two-bedroom house we were staying in was very comfortable, completely modernised and in excellent condition, well-heated (a huge bonus since it was snowing on this specific weekend), with wonderful beds and everything you could really want. The two bathrooms were beautiful, and the showers were fantastic. The service was terrific, and parking was easy, though be prepared to walk...
