Helpful, friendly, efficient staff.
good location and great spa facilities. Decent restaurant, good food reasonably priced.
Quiet but imagine it could be noisy in busy season.
Built on a hill and parking some way off from actual accommodation - made getting luggage to and from apartment a chore - not easily 'walkable' for people with mobility problems.
Not much privacy in front of apartment as walkway and steps to...

"The property was clean. The staff were really helpful. The property is only about 10mins walk from Norwich city centre. We liked the room and appreciated that we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The room even had a washing machine. The only issue was there were less parking spaces than rooms which meant we were reluctant to drive anywhere once we had checked in as we may not have been able to park when we returned to the property."
