"RoW was a delightful exoerience. Out of all of the options we found this was the most representative of the history involving Rotterdam's maritime history. "Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment. No air conditioning & it took 2 weeks for owner to supply fans - during a heat wave!! Some of the apartments had bed bugs & their bedding was in red bags in the lobby for a good few days! Needless to say we preferred to wash & change our own bedlinen. Apartment was clean but had no cleaning materials, e.g. small floor brush but no dustpan or mop. Washing...
