"We enjoyed our week on Trickey Pond. Beautiful property on the water and great spot for a relaxing week with just the two of us. The only negative for us was the noise from the road, but we tuned it out. We made use of the paddle boat to explore the shoreline and “met” the local duck family and loons. Overall, a great trip. "

"The property is located on Kettle Cove on Sebago Lake. It is in a no wake zone for it is perfect for kayaking. The covered dock is perfect for meals and for viewing lake activity. Duck and loons are in the area and are fun to watch. The whole house AC is a special treat on hot, humid nights. The owner provides 2 kayaks, and a canoe as well as a dock to moor your boat. "A wonderful place of peace, beauty and rest with all we needed. It was perfect for our family with 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms which were a must. Lots of room to get together for dinner or rainy day games with extended family staying in another cabin as well as quiet spaces to enjoy a book.The little ones loved the new swing set and the little lending library box by the driveway. "Kyle’s cabin is in an ideal location right on the Crooked River. It’s just five minutes from Sebago Lake State Park, where we took full advantage of the boat ramp and beach several times during our stay. The cabin is also conveniently close to the Naples Causeway, which offers a great variety of restaurants, shops, and fun activities for all ages. "

"I stayed here with my 8 year old grandson. We were comfortable and felt safe. I was concerned before I got there about feeling safe. The treehouse is up the hill from the office and the owners live there by the office and work hard at keeping the property safe and well groomed. The property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. "We loved our short stay here. The house is beautiful and really well decorated. The picture windows overlooking the lake were the best part. We have 3 kids and preferred staying on this inlet of the lake over the main lake. The water was calm and the kids could kayak and paddle boat easily. We had two families of ducks that would swim nearby. The house had everything we could need to cook our own meals. And we really enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores in the evening.We loved our stay! "

The walk to Nason's beach was less than 2 minutes. Please take note: VERY BUSY STREET until 10pm.
