"Here's a concise breakdown: Hotel: Excellent. Staff are great and helpful. Food is good and fresh. Your room is decent and cleaned daily including fresh towels. The gym is well stocked including a punching bag. Also, there is a staff member always ready to help you with activities such as safaris or visits to the Giraffe Center. "Magnifique hôtel. Nous avons testé le service “ concierge”. Il a résolut nos problèmes de billets d avions en appelant plusieurs fois l Europe, sans frais pour nous. Nous avons demandé deux espresso en chambre, on nous à installé une machine Nespresso avec capsules à volonté. Le breakfast est TOP ! Le repas dans restaurant TOP ! Les employés ont le sourire.
