Room was nice and cozy. Staff was lovely. She made recommendations on the restaurants and even called the restaurants to make recommendations. The hotel and the most amazing onsen with Mt Fuji view. Definitely check it out!

We loved our stay here, as a group of 8. Such a nice break from the big cities with clear views of Fuji. There wasn’t much nearby in terms of restaurants, but the nearby pizza was delicious! Spa was amazing
