"Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh.
Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat.
The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough.
To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly...

"Hotel was very good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but the apartment was well equipped and comfortable had we stayed there for a week! We will re book to stay again."

"The property is very well located, with ocean view at the left and beach view at the right.
The design and furniture are very nice and the solarium in the last floor superb.
Only 15 minutes driving to Cactus garden at north and 25 minutes driving to Fire mountains National Park at south, very popular attraction in the island.
We rented a car one block apart of the apartment, with free parking included bellow the street level.

"Really good, basic accommodation. Great view over the pool area.
Downside...listed " Lift " & " Accessible " on their details, but failed to mention the lift only went from Reception up & down to the dining area. They'd put us on the 3rd floor which I couldn't manage. I hadn't thought to mention I'm a wheelchair user as I assumed my needs were covered.
Upside...sorted out very quickly with no fuss - they changed our room to the Ground Floor. Not sure what would've happened if they'd been fully...

"It’s difficult to find places for a family with 4 children but this place was perfect. It had everything including a washing machine so we were able to travel light. Keith was fantastic at communication and really helpful. Check in and out were easy. Lots of towels provided. Kitchen had everything we needed to self cater. Highly recommend. We will definitely be returning."

"If you're not into baking in the sun , this is the place for you . As mentioned in another review the balcony gets no sun . "Wir waren vom 19.07 bis 09.08.25 in der schönen Finca in der noch ursprünglichen Gemeinde Tinajo im mittleren Westen der Insel. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Zum Einkaufen, für die Fahrten an die Strände und auch um die Insel erkunden zu können. Im Ort gibt es fußläufig einen kleinen aber sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt, der hat aber am Sonntag geschlossen. Die Finca liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. "Very good location. The villa was amazing. Check in was super quick and easy. The host maintained contact throughout. The only downside was the WiFi. In this day and age where most things run off WiFi we felt it was a bit patchy in places. But other than that a fantastic villa an amazing location would deffo use again. "
