The apartments of Villa Pineta, the PIGNA and OLEANDRO, each with an independent entrance, are immersed in the green pine trees and the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. In direct contact with nature you can benefit from the wonderful sea breeze and the music of the sea undertow. The pine forest around the house is made up of lush Mediterranean scrub and numerous dwarf palms.
The beach in front of the Villa is made up of fine white sand and rocks.
Cala Liberotto (part of the municipality of Orosei) is a seaside resort well served by commercial and tourist services, sports facilities and swimming pools, restaurants and hotels.
It is located on the Eastern coast of Sardinia, 75 km from OLbia.
You can get there by taking the state road 131 from Olbia to the Siniscola crossroads, from here take the state road 125 to get to Cala Liberotto Sos Alinos in via Lungomare n ° 62.
In Cala Liberotto there are places of naturalistic interest such as Bidderosa (Mediterranean scrub and pond), Cala Ginepro (Mediterranean scrub, pine forest and beaches), Sa Curcurica (Mediterranean scrub and beaches) and Sa Mattanosa (Mediterranean scrub, pine forest and beaches).

The apartment La Pigna (5 beds), is on two floors and with a sea view, it consists of a bathroom on the upper floor, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom with a bed, and 1 bedroom with two single beds, all rooms overlook a large veranda overlooking the sea. On the lower floor there is a large living room and a spacious kitchenette, 1 bathroom, and a large covered veranda.

The OLEANDRO apartment must be booked in another box of the Home Away agency.

It has 4 beds and is located on the side of the villa overlooking the pine forest, it has independent access and is composed of: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen, all the rooms overlook on a large covered veranda. In the garden, for the exclusive use of guests, there are 2 showers in front of each apartment, and a barbecue.

The two apartments are carefully furnished and equipped with many comforts:
La Pigna 5 beds:
On request: air conditioning in the bedrooms with a supplement of 120 euros per week.
Dishwasher -Washing machine-Hair dryer in both bathrooms.
Iron and ironing board - Microwave oven - Television - Blender - Oven - Kettle, Toaster (Toaster).
Linen (sheets and towels) but not the change.
On request Baby bed - seat for the meal.
Beach towels on request.

OLEANDRO 4 beds: washing machine- hairdryer- iron and ironing board- microwave oven - electric oven - television - toaster (toaster). Cooling fan.
Linen: Sheets and towels but not the change.
Upon Request: Air conditioning with a supplement of 120 euros per week to be paid upon arrival.
On request we provide: beach towels.
On request we provide: The baby bed and seat for the meal.

No other type of additional cleaning or other expenses.
