cute hotel with the best breakfast.

This hotel is great. Off the beaten track but it's a small town with lots of twisty streets. The best breakfast! helpful staff and comfortable clean rooms. Fun location. Free Parking is about a 7 minute walk away and they will pick you up and drop you off if needed.

Aufenthalt im Herzen der Stadt (Ortschaft) Orosei

Alles war wunderbar organisiert, einziger Mangel war, dass trotz Wunsch auf eine gemeinsame Wohnnähe ein Paar in einem anderen Annex (Gebäude) zu wohnen hatte. Es gehört in die Hotel-Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen, dass es zum Haupthaus noch zusätzlich zwei (2) unterschiedliche, getrennte Häuser gibt - (Annex 1 & 2) - das würde die Zimmerreservierung erleichtern! Ein weitere Punkt wäre vielleicht, Bilder der Familienzimmer inkl. der Betten darzustellen, damit man eine etwaige Größe feststellen könnte. Ansonsten war es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, hervorzuheben ist aufalle Fälle das großartige Frühstück! (Wetter war sehr durchwachsen - jeder Tag mit Regen gesegnet, aber das ist eine anderes Geschichte!) Man kann das Gesamtpaket sehr empfehlen!

Amazing hotel in centre of historic Orosei

We would highly recommend this accommodation to others. The recently renovated rooms are located in several buildings close to the historic town centre. They are clean and the beds are comfortable. Our room had a semi-private outdoor terrace with seating. The breakfast included a variety of foods, including a delicious cream puff (profiterole) which was hard to refuse! The staff were very friendly. We had access to the beach through the reserved area for Mannois guests. This seems to be a very well run and service-oriented company.

Denied check in after midnight

Although the hotel is very quaint and clean and the staff are nice we had a bad experience due to the reception hours of operation. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight. Although I had been in contact with the hotel staff regarding this they did not wait for us and closed reception. Even though we had prepaid in full for two suites we had to locate another hotel with better hours and pay additional fees for another two rooms!

Very nice hotel in a nice town close to beaches.

The hotel is split over 3 properties, we were in the one which is not the main house or the restaurant. The property was very nice, clean and in a nice quiet square by a church. Breakfast is a 3 minute walk to the main house where you eat in a courtyard. The rooms in the old house appeared to face onto the courtyard so from 7.30 there would be noise eminating from there which would probably be an issue for a light sleeper. We also eat at their restaurant which was good, but not great although there is a great veiw from the roof terrace. In summary though a very nice option in a surprisingly nice town close to a fabulous coast and beaches.

Hübsches Romantik Hotel im Altstadtkern

Romantik Hotel in alten Gemäuern. Tolles Projekt um alte Strukturen zu erhalten und in der Altstadt weiter Leben und Fortbestand zu sichern. Die Zimmer und Hotelangebote sind über mehrere Gebäude verteilt, die fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Eingegliedertes Restaurant auf Dachterasse mit tollem Blick. Die Dame die das Frühstück während unseres Aufenthaltes betreut und bedient hat, möchte ich besonders hervorheben; unheimlich aufmerksam mit stets einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Im übrigen ein ausgesprochen gutes Frühstücksangebot zusammengestellt aus Produkten der Region. Weiter so.... :-)

Super Aufenthalt

Tolle Unterkunft. Mit Glück findet man auch in der Nähe der Unterkunft einen Parkplatz in den verwinkelten Gassen. Leider haben wir nicht im Haupthaus genächtigt. Aber auch die Aussenstelle, war sehr schön. Wurden mit dem E-Auto, mit dem Gepäck transportiert. Das Hotel liegt total zentral. Frühstück war toll. In den Gassen, kann man sich leicht verlaufen.

Freundlichster Service im Sinne eines Concierges Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen, lokalen Bio waren stets sehr saubere, architektonisch bestens durchdachte Zimmer in ausschliesslich historischen Gebäuden im Centro Storico authentisch, ehrlich, durchgehend gut. übertrifft weit die Erwartungen an ein 3*** Haus. sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir waren drei Nächte im "Sa Dommo" des Albergo Diffuso und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet, allein durch diese Unterkunft kommt man im Urlaub an, sie vermittelt einfach sofort italienisch/sardisches Urlaubsgefühl. Insgesamt ist die Atmosphäre sehr gemütlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit, man wird mit einem kleinen E-Car von einem der kostenlosen Parkplätze in der Stadt abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht. Das Wlan funktioniert hervorragend (sogar am hauseigenen Strandabschnitt). Das Frühstück im wunderschönen Innenhof war ebenfalls super lecker, zum Glück keine Übermengen sondern genau alles was man braucht. Vor allem das Brot war phänomenal und auch die Marmelade. Definitiv keine Industrieware! Alles in allem eine Unterkunft die nur zu empfehlen ist!

A hidden gem

Booked for the last night of our holiday having been on the West coast for 7 nights - the room was pretty, quirky and perfectly functional with a comfy bed and good shower - we were very pleasantly surprised and it provided a great finish to an amazing holiday

Unser Aufenthalt im Albergo Diffuso Mannoise war sehr schön. Unser Zimmer lag i der Dependance Sa Turre. Die Zimmer und Gebäude des Hotels sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail und autentisch gestaltet. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Es gibt soweit nichts, was wir bemängeln könnten. Das Team vom ist freundlich, aufgestellt und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück entspricht dem Stil des Hotel, Qualität vor Quantität. Super fanden wir das Angebot der Servicecard. Wir würden wieder kommen und werden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Perfect stay and excellent staff

We booked for two nights. We parked near the Hotel as described in the confirmation. The staff picked us up in a golf car and we drove trough the small streets with our luggage to the hotel! A nice experience. Our room was very clean, great comfortable boxspring bed and romantic. Just a two minute walk to the city center

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft

Wie waren restlos begeistert von der Lage direkt in der Altstadt (trotz Hauptsaison keine Parkprobleme), den großen, sauberen Zimmern mit bester Klimaanlage während unser ganzen Rundreise und dem hoteleigenem Beach Club. Auch das Frühstück war mit Abstand das beste Das komplette Petsonal ist überaus aufmerksam. Vorabbuchung von Mietboot möglich. Immer jemand zum beachen am Strand. Wir kommen wieder!

Disappointing stay in Orosei

I wouldn't return to Albergo Diffuso Mannois. I booked a suite with a jetted tub, but after making so many hotel bookings for this trip, I forgot I had sprung for a nicer room. I only realized now writing this review that I did not get what I paid for. The room, while sort of a suite, definitely had no tub, jetted or otherwise. The room was two floors -- ground and basement. Main bed and a couch on the ground floor, a second bed and the bathroom in the basement. The bathroom was freezing. If we turned on the heat, the ground floor became unbearably hot (i.e., heat rises). To make matters worse, no hot water in the evenings. Just warmer than lukewarm. Mostly had hot water in the mornings, except for our last morning. The shower was really nice, though, when the water was hot. The bed was incredibly firm, and the pillows were, too. The linens felt cheap and scratchy. Sleeping was not comfortable, in other words. Also, I noticed a couple of spots of blood on the bed in the basement. I didn't say anything to the staff because we weren't sleeping in it, and figured they'd notice and change it. But they didn't, even with daily cleanings. Finally, on our way out to dinner one night, our gate key broke in the lock. Almost trapped ourselves (and other guests) inside the courtyard, but thankfully reception staff hadn't left yet. They left daily ~8pm, so not sure what would have happened if they weren't still there.

Rip off. Avoid them.

At check out, the team lost all sense of customer service. We had to negotiate our departure time with them and they tried to charge us for an extra day. After a long waste of time they charged us a fee for a night we didn't stay there. They were jerks. They ripped us off.

Beautiful

Orosei was a stopover but this was a real find. Davide eventually found us as they have 3 locations in town and we were at the wrong one. His neighbour called him and 2 minutes later, there he was with his golf cart. From what I could see, all 3 places are as stunning as each other. This is a real family business created with clearly a lot of affection. In higher season there is what seems like a beautiful restaurant on the top floor of the place we stayed in. All 3 places are close to each other in Centro Storico. We loved our stay. Thank you.

Was gibt es hier noch zu sagen? Besser gehts nicht. Wunderbares Hotel in der Altstadt Oroseis. Herzliches Hotel-Team, dass einem ohne zu Murren jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Geniales Frühstücksbuffet. Einfach super, jederzeit wieder.

Charming hotel in the heart of Orosei

Charming hotel in the heart of old city of Orosei. Our room (Superior double room "Balentes") was very romantic with stone walls and a little balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.
