"AC not working when we got there had to call twice to get it done . Phone didn’t work one day. Out of our five so couldn’t do room service so we went down to the restaurant to eat where we sat for about twenty minutes with no service so got up a left went outside the resort……"

"Hotel and rooms were clean, but when we stayed here many of the amenities were closed down. There was no air conditioning in the lobby which was inconvenient considering there was a wait past check in for many rooms to be cleaned."
