This mini resort awaits you! Our Pool Vacation Home has been decorated with thoughtful touches to make your experience relaxing and comfortable. Enjoy the spacious living room with an eat-in-kitchen with enough room for 10. Tile floors throughout with laminate in the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, modern cabinetry, quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances, including a microwave. Enjoy our relaxing Pool, screened-in Outdoor Dining area, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and fire pit. The perfect getaway.

Please note:
Pool Maintenance: Tuesday mornings
Lawn Maintenance: Wednesday afternoons
(as long as the weather permits)

Guests are encouraged to read, honor and abide by all House Rules.
- Absolutely No gatherings/parties allowed.
- Only booked guests may occupy throughout the stay (unless priorly discussed/approved with additional fees to be paid in advance).
- No Pets (allergies).
- A Security Deposit is required for every reservation per House Rules.

BY BOOKING YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT to
- Pay All deposits
- Routine Pool and Lawn Maintenance (schedule is found in house manual)
- Honor all Rules.

Guests have access to all parts of the home including the laundry area and garage.

Parking is never allowed in the garage. The garage is reserved for supplies and equipment only.

I am nearby and always available. I believe in the importance of privacy so I will not be coming by unless it’s needed. We are available anytime.

For the safety of children we have a child alarm for each of the 3 doors leading out to the pool; guest bathroom, living room and master bedroom. They are remote controlled and can be turned on and off at your preference.

Upon Arrival you should make an inventory of what you will need for the duration of your stay as we only provide you enough to get you started. For your convenience you will have items provided such as;

Also note that we have Maintenance for the Pool and Lawn. Our maintenance guys are very quick. They come in and out and most times you won’t notice them at all.

We do not provide the garage code. You have access to the garage through the inside of the home.

MAID SERVICE:
Cleaning services are not provided during your stay. However, it can be arranged if paid for in advance. Please contact us for details.

MAINTENANCE:
Routine maintenance may be conducted during your stay. Should we need to carry out maintenance during your stay, we will give you as much notice as possible.

Our neighborhood is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is conveniently located nearby many restaurants, shopping and activities that Central Florida has to offer. There are so many options available, please check out our Central Florida Guidebook under your reservation details. I am happy to share some suggestions to enjoyable places with some information of what your interests are.

Uber, Lyft & Taxi are available. It is best to get around the Central Florida area in a vehicle.
