We're a 12-minute drive from Disney, 22 minutes away from Universal Studios, and 20 minutes from SeaWorld

Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Downstairs there is (1) bedroom and (1) shared bath. Upstairs there are (5) bedrooms and (4) bathrooms.

Facilities: The Retreat at ChampionsGate Amenities include Resort Style Pool with Water Slide & Cabanas, Lazy River, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, Movie Theater, Games Room, Playground, Volleyball Courts, Public 18-hole Golf Course, Golf Driving Range & Putting Green, Golf Clubhouse & Pro Shop, 6 Clay Tennis Courts, & Tennis Clubhouse.

Location: Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort.

Guest Access:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles. Up to (3) in the driveway and (1) on the street.

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
