"We were visiting relatives in this area, so the proximity to family was very handy. The accommodation is near major Motorway and off ramps. We knew this before booking so didn't bother us much, but could for others. The room we booked was spacious, clean and had everything we wanted. The kitchenette was well stocked. It is walkable to Manukau shopping centre, but just be aware lots of traffic to navigate. Friendly helpful staff. Parking available at $15 per night (if not a member of ALL Hotel...

"Good price point for a two bedroom apartment. We were on 10th floor so minimal noise. Location is so convenient with bus interchange and train station less than 3 minute walk. Room serviced everyday. Really enjoyed having wash machine in the room with laundry powder provided. Staff were very friendly and helped us swap out worn out items such as iron, fry pan and oven tray. They even provided an air dryer for clothes when we asked. Amazing views of Mount Eden and CBD Skyline. Only let downs...

"An amazing stay! We were long term visitors, staying over a month. We had a fantastic view over the little reservoir nearby, and got to see all sorts of flora and fauna. The two bedroom apartment was well suited for our stay, with Botany Downs Town Centre a short walk away we had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, and super helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough."

"Loved this place, was very quiet and relaxing with the nice swimming area ( river ) for the kids . Lovely Hosts . The accommodation was nice , I stayed in the one bedroom cottage , it had everything we needed . Will definitely go back and I would recommend this place to friends and family . Older style accommodation but cosy and well equipped 👌. "

"A gorgeous property with views to die for and everything else you need for a comfortable stay! We were also grateful for perfect weather. The spectacular sunsets and abundant birdlife around the property were a beautiful bonus! Would love to stay here again in the future."

"Had a fantastic time and magic location. Comfy beds etc. Definitely pleased we bought a 4WD. There were SUPS that looked like they could be used by guests (not locked) - would have bought wetsuits if we had known. Highly recommend if you want to get away from it all!"
