"You will not find a more beautiful property with everything a family or group could want. The property is an oasis conventiently located in Rockford and easy to access from Chicago. The house is exactly as described only better. Expansive and well equipped kitchen. Plentiful and comfortable bedrooms and conveniently located on two floors. First flior bedrooms ideal for those who don't want to climb stairs. Multiple sitting and living areas. Lovely outdoor spaces with plenty of land to enjoy....

The neighborhood felt very safe, which we appreciated since we had children with us. The home featured several high-end, smart appliances, which made things convenient.However, there were some issues. "Cerro Vista is the perfect place to host a multi-generational family gathering! We celebrated our 40th anniversary and had our 3 adult children and their families (total of 13) stay with us here for a week. "The home is stunning and well suited for multiple couples/families. We gathered in Rockford for a funeral and had cousins and family from out of state. We had a meaningful time and the home is absolutely beautiful and well suited for gathering of people to talk and play games. And have breakfast coffee together.
