"Staff were friendly and the host was great! They communicated quickly and efficiently! When we had issues, they reached out immediately and provided solutions. Apartment was comfortable, safe, and spacious. Walkable distance from great restaurants on the beach (Reflexions Bar and Beach Club was amazing). 10/10 stay !!!!!! Would definitely stay here again."

"A couple of friends and I used the rental for less than a day to shower and leave our things somewhere safe while we walked around the downtown area. The host were extremely accommodating even with us only using the unit for a few hours. They helped us get a taxi after 10pm on the 4th of July while traffic was still very busy from the fireworks show. The property had the most adorable feline security guard."

The property description said there were shuttles to a variety of places including beaches, shopping malls, etc., but when we got there and inquired about them, we were told that there were no shuttles. We did not rent a car, and we chose this property, in part, because of the shuttles that were advertised. "Overall nice location, great snorkeling across the street from the rental. Clean room on check in but no cleaning service or any additional services provided for rest of the days. The lock to our unit was damaged, it took us 5-7 mins each time we wanted to lock and unlock the door, which was very frustrating, no one came down to take a look or get it fixed. Property manager was not very responsive. "
