Guests will enjoy everything about this charming cottage which boasts an impeccable location just moments from the CBD, two beautifully styled bedrooms, a sundrenched sunroom, comfy living area and spectacular outdoor area which is just perfect for enjoying a local wine or two accompanied by a delicious home cooked BBQ.

Great for a family, two couples, group of friends or even the solo traveller!

You really are in the perfect location at Johnno's Cottage. Positioned in the trendy East Orange Precinct and just moments away from the lovely Orange CBD.
Within 2 blocks you'll find Award Winning SMH Hatted Restaurant 'Charred', Bills Beans Cafe and the Orange Train Station.
Parrot Gin Distillery is a 10 minute walk from the home and is a great spot for gin tasting and woodfired pizzas!

Within 3-4 blocks you'll be strolling through Orange's CBD where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, boutique shopping, bars and parks,

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Getting Around:
The best way to explore the centre of town is on foot, walking the tree lined streets to town is a sensational way to appreciate the different seasons, Autumn & Spring are spectacular! Also taking in the beautiful heritage homes along the way.
Taxis are also readily available in Orange.

Johnno's Cottage was perfect for our three days in Orange with two kids. It was spotlessly clean and exceptionally warm and cosy (with electric blankets, plenty of additional mink blankets, heaters in each room, aircon AND a lovely gas heater that looks like an open fireplace). It's light and just as the photos depicted. The sun poured through the sunroom in the mornings and hubby fell asleep on the daybed there more than once. All and all, very comfortable, close to the CBD and good value. Highly recommend this little cottage.

Great location and house!

We had a great stay at Johnnos house. I particularly loved the sunroom which was drenched in sun of a morning. The day bed was a great place to read and have a cuppa. Very modern interior but keeping all the charm of the original house. Very close to town. Great heating and appliances. Highly.recommend!

Wonderful Stay in a Cozy & Comfortable Home!

We had an incredible experience staying at s Johnno’s cottage. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed (and more!). The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals. The location was perfect — close to [local attractions, restaurants, or public transportation], yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area.

Great location, walking distance to Orange town centre, restaurants, train station and car hire. Well furnished, extremely comfortable place. Quiet neighbourhood. Ample parking available on street verge. Easy (stress free) first time access and subsequent departure of property. Definitely first choice for future visits.

Cozy cottage

Perfect for a few nights in Orange. Great communication w Property Manager, well appointed, clear instructions and easy to settle into. Beds are a dream, and toasty warm in the chilly weather we had. Don’t forget to turn the bathroom heater on when you’re in there (chilly for those not used to the cold!) and the linen and towels all very clean. Kitchen was great to prep meals in, (need a cheese grater and a saucepan) with most things to hand. Tops little place to stay close to everything.

Such a comfortable place to stay. Old world charm with all the modern pros. The owners have thought of just about everything to make your stay easy for you. Plenty of heating for the chilly winter nights, which made it very cosy and relaxing. Would love to go back in summer and utulize the lovely undercover outdoor area more. We loved our stay here and didnt want to leave!

Perfect

The property is very comfortable and clean. The outdoor space would be perfect for warmer weather. Beds are comfortable, the heating is excellent and the space was inviting. I would stay here again. The price was very competitive in a flooded market. I felt it was value for money.

Walk to town

After exploring the surrounding areas and vineyards it was great to be able to come back to a comfortable base, leave the car at home and walk into town for dinner. Johnno's Cottage was perfect for our needs and we would seek to stay here again if in Orange.
