Welcome to The Enclave 603, a splendid 3 bedroom, 3 bath Gulf-front condo, where every day is a vacation day. Perched on the 6th floor in Orange Beach, this condo is your dream escape, offering a symphony of waves crashing against the shore as your constant backdrop.

The Primary suite in The Enclave 603 is a retreat of tranquility and luxury, featuring a sumptuous King bed and a 32-inch flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Step out onto the private balcony directly from the Primary suite and soak in the breathtaking views. The Primary bathroom is an oasis of relaxation, complete with double vanities, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk-in shower, providing a spa-like experience.

Both the second and third bedrooms are equally inviting, each furnished with a King bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. These guest rooms are also equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen TV, along with an attached bath, offering privacy and convenience.

The living room of this condo is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring tile floors throughout, free WiFi, and a 55-inch LG flat-screen TV for your entertainment needs. A sofa sleeper adds extra sleeping space. The unit also includes a wet bar with an ice maker, perfect for evening cocktails or entertaining.

The kitchen in The Enclave 603 is a delight for any chef, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
If your reservation is between March 1st - September 30th, you will need to purchase your parking pass(es) from the security guard on-site at The Enclave upon arrival. If your reservation is between October 1st - February 28th, you will receive two free parking pass. Your parking passes will be in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter of your unit upon your arrival. Please be aware that parking can be limited during holidays and peak seasons.

MONTHLY RENTALS

Kitchen has everything you will need so that was very nice. Plenty of space for everyone and great view from the balcony. Parking could be a pain and the security guard will tell you all about it. There was a leak in the condo above ours that made it so we had fans blowing constantly to dry it and walked into that with a heads up. One really negative thing was the pull out couch! It is falling apart and had mold on the underside of it. It should be replaced and not counted as a place to sleep until then, and I did inform them about that.

Good and the bad

The condo, location and beach was just right. The parking on the other hand is terrible. There is not enough parking for the people that rent the properties. Monday thru Thursday night you can park at the Fairfield Inn, which is about 3 blocks from the hotel and you have to pay to park. Upon arriving the parking security told me if we got a parking spot we might want to uber everywhere we went. We had kids that ranged from 16-2, plus there was10 of us. Condo would be great but parking kills it.

Enclave 603

Property was great. The yellow bathroom needs maintenance on the shower door and shower head. The inside shower door fell out when attempting to move it and the shower head sprayed water on the outside when we moved up. Not a huge big deal for us. Just want you to be aware. Thank you!

Nice location, clean stay

Overall condition and location was as expected. This is the fourth condo I’ve rented in this area and it is on par with the rest of them at this price point. Notes from the stay: Found black mold on master shower head Black mold in refrigerator water/ice dispenser Shower door missing (found in bathroom closet) Box fan in closet had black mold I cleaned the shower head and just didn’t use the ice/water dispenser. Cleaning was typical of the management companies- had the pleasure of seeing some of the hired cleaners and based on the condition of the humans personal and vehicular Cleanliness, no surprise that they do the best minimum cleaning in the units. That said- plenty of dishes, checkin was on time, wifi was strong, pools were good, security was friendly and access was easy. I don’t blame the owners but most of the management companies in this area do a poor job of maintaining the properties and get what they pay for from their employees.

Great stay!

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable as well. The bathrooms were also large and made getting ready easier than normal. The air conditioning was cooling well when we got there, but that issue was addressed and resolved very quickly. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon!

Family vacation

This condo was amazing! We looked and looked for a condo that had 3 bedrooms with king size beds. We didn’t expect to find one, then when we did, we certainly didn’t expect it to be so beautiful and roomy!! It was such a beautiful place and so serene and peaceful! We loved it and hope to come back again and stay in this very room!!

Annual Church Trip

The condo was gorgeous! The beds were all very comfortable. Each of the bathrooms were very spacious. Each bedroom and bathroom felt like it was the master. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked well. Plenty of seating in the dining room and in the living room. The view from the balcony was just gorgeous! It is located perfectly close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The check-in and checkout was fast and easy. We had to call the management team about the oven handle and one of the balcony doors. They responded very promptly. The repair man was very fast and courteous. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

POOR PLANNING by management.

The condo itself was spacious and nicely furnished but could have been cleaner. There was mold in the caulking in the "master shower". The parking situation during our stay was atrocious with many of the parking spaces being taken up by construction supplies and workers parking in the guest parking. Not enough consideration was made for this as we were told there was paid public parking available offsite but no shuttle accommadation get you back to the condo. With all of this then we felt confined because if we left the condo we were not assured of a parking space upon our return. Very poor planning on the management company. There was available parking in the owners lot so if the we rented from the owner and they were not on site then why were the guests of their condo not given access to the owners lot? The only thing that the management told us when we booked was that the windows were being replaced and there might be noise -- which did not bother us during the day. They mentioned that every guest got 2 free parking passess and that there was arrangements at a paid lot if you needed more parking that 2 spaces which we did not need--not that we would have probably have to go to a paid lot. VERY POOR planning

Everything was going good til Tuesday when they found a pipe that had been leaking for a while
