Experience a vacation in paradise when you visit this newly renovated and decorated 7th floor unit in Phoenix East 710 in the lovely Orange Beach, Alabama. This unit has everything that you need to make the most of your dream beach vacation--think relaxation and serenity. This complex offers beautiful surroundings – it's along the coast and just steps from the luxurious emerald water and pearly white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful views of Perdido Pass. You are a short second walk to the beach, and a couple minutes drive to Walmart Neighborhood Market, Publix and other restaurants. There is fun for the whole family with an outdoor pool, indoor pool and spa area, racquetball court, fitness center and sauna, tennis courts and half-court basketball court. If you want privacy, enjoy the view from your private balcony.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Everything was very nice, especially the view. We would recommend this location.

The condo was perfect for our group of 4. We had plenty of room as the condo can sleep 8 using the sleeper sofa. The view of the pool and beach from the balcony was great! There was minimum wait time for elevators. The ONLY negative for us was the refrigerator didn’t have an ice maker.

The condo is very beautiful and comfortable with an excellent view and location. We were SO IMPRESSED with the staff at Phoenix East; from the front staff to the security, to the pool maintenance, even the pest control staff was very professional and friendly! We had a door off in front of the washer/dryer and it was repaired by a very friendly, professional "handyman".very quickly Our grandkids loved the room with the two beds and not having to share. They loved it so much that they left a note thanking the staff for a comfortable, dark room with a large TV and a full bath. The elevators were quick, the pool was AMAZING, the walkway to the beach was nice. We would let you know that there are two hairdryers, 3 coffee pots with a Keurig. We would have appreciated a cookie sheet, plastic plates and plastic cups because the plates were breakable and heavy; the kids struggled with them but we manage to avoid breaking any., but we also purchased paper plates, plastic cups and storage containers for leftovers. We also loved the fact that the chairs on the balcony were tall enough to see over the rail but BOY they were bulky and heavy so hard to maneuver around on a smaller deck. We loved the views from the balcony seeing boats, dolphins, Pirate ships traveling into the canal. We would definitely book this condo again because we loved our stay and how easy the rental company was to deal with.

Sheets in both bedrooms had not been changed. Had sand in them. Not enough silverware. No large pot to do our own shrimp boil.

Unit was a little smaller than the photos make you think and needs a little updating. Some of the reviews are inaccurate (example, this unit is NOT next door to Flora-Bama (which is probably 3-4 miles east) but this is not why I booked it. We will probably try a different Pheonix property next time.

Had a great time at this property. It is in one of the older Phoenix buildings but it was still beautiful and very clean. Lots of families were here and everyone was helpful as far as property management and staff go. Lots of things to do on the property and it’s located close to the grocery store as well as restaurants. I loved our condo, there is nothing better than being right on the ocean and waking up to ocean views! This property’s balcony was so nice! Big enough for everyone to hang out and had a table out there to take meals together. Property manager communicated well with us even before we got there and answered our questions promptly. Overall a wonderful experience, I would definitely stay here again!
