Turquoise Place is a direct gulf/beach front condo decorated to the hilt with the latest styles and the best class! Spacious 3 Bedroom 3 1/2 bath - over 2400 square feet gulf front condo featuring large wood tile floors in the master and Brazilian cherry hardwood floors in the guest bedrooms! The Master has a king bed and a full size futon with direct access to the huge gulf front balcony! The large master bath features granite counter tops, a walk in shower, a jacuzzi bathtub, and walk in closet. King bed in second bedroom with a built in twin bunk beds, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV! Recently remodeled kitchen and wet bar with updated cabinets and countertops and top of the line stainless steel Wolfe appliances, sub zero and large subzero refrigerator. Huge, private balcony with a private hot tub and summer kitchen overlooking the Gulf with spectacular views of the sunset and sunrise! You can grill on your private balcony while your family is in the hot tub! We also have luxurious balcony furniture that sets the perfect atmosphere! Our balcony is unique and special! The living room has a fireplace that turns on with the flip of a switch, a 55" smart TV and a sectional sleeper sofa and a chair and half with a twin sleeper! Beautiful custom furnishings and decor with a light and airy feel. There is a lazy river, two beautiful gulf front pools one with a 100’ slide, kids splash pad, tennis/pickle ball courts, rooftop putting green, playground, spa and boutique, covered parking, fitness center over looking the gulf, two huge indoor pools, steam and sauna rooms. Free high speed internet! There is also a poolside Tiki Bar and Grill with live music during the summer. There are daily planned activities for children. This condo has no carpet - tile in the kitchen, family room, and bathrooms with wood tile and Brazilian cherry wood floors in all the bedrooms! We also keep 6 beach chairs and plenty of beach umbrellas with a wagon in our laundry room for our guest to use! This unit is family friendly as well as luxurious. Sleeps 10.

We have dreamed of staying at Turquoise Place for years and decided to splurge for our anniversary. Pros: It was just me and my husband so the condo was the plenty spacious for the two of us! Even if we had brought our family, it would have been fine. The host was great to work with. Very communicative and left an amazing welcome basket with snacks and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets available. The hot tub was amazing and the views were fantastic! Parking was convenient to elevator and easy to navigate. Since we were there in November, most condo amenities weren’t available-pools, lazy river, etc but in the summer I’m sure they’re fun! Cons: The balcony furniture really needs to be replaced. The couch was hard and saggy and the chairs were very uncomfortable. We wanted to spend our mornings and evenings on the balcony watching and listening to the waves but it was not a comfortable place to be. The hot tub was amazing, however they came in and drained and refilled it the day before we were to leave so we were unable to use it the night before checkout because the temperature wasn’t warm enough so that was a disappointment. Not sure why they don’t wait until checkout day to do that. The sectional in the living room was comfortable enough but stained. Needs a really good cleaning or replaced. We had a great time and Turquoise Place is beautiful, just needs some love. Happy I can check it off of my bucket list.

The condo was very spacious, great location and wonderful amenities. The kitchen had everything you needed, from spatulas to croc pots! Many beach items as well; buckets and shovels, chairs and umbrellas, and even a beach wagon that was very handy! The electric had went out in the whole complex and owners were quick to let us know and make sure everything was okay. We will definitely be returning guests!!

Very easy check in with helpful staff. My husband and I traveled with adult daughter and two granddaughters, we all had a wonderful time. Condo was very nice with all the extras you need for a nice vacation . Loved the grill and hot tub on the balcony. Resort is very nice.

Excellent stay at an excellent property!

We stayed for a week in June at this location. The entire trip was very nice. Communication with the property manager was excellent, and responses were fast and helpful. The condo itself is gorgeous. It was very clean, and had all of the amenities one would ever need for a weeklong stay. Our favorite part was the inclusion of all of the beach toys and accessories. Having multiple chairs and umbrellas available to use was so nice. The view from the balcony was stunning. If we ever go back to Orange Beach , we would definitely stay at this condo again.

Perfect Condo for July 4th

The condo was perfect for the family. Love the bedroom with 2 bunks, and all of the kitchen accessories were everything we needed. The best part was watching the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony on the beach. Thank ypu!!

The condo was fantastic and exactly what we expected! I wish Turquoise would have allowed us access to the facilities prior to the 4:00 PM check in. This is not a reflection on the owners of the condo, we would just have liked to be able to get to the pool prior to checking in. Other than that, it was a great place and we would definitely consider coming back!

Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Better Than the Ritz! The condo was absolutely beautiful and the Gulf views were spectacular! There was plenty of room for the kids and the amenities were incredible. The hosts were great and very responsive. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and look forward to the opportunity to visit again.

Wonderful stay

We have rented in OBA for years and this was one of the smoothest experiences. The owners were wonderful and communicated well with us. The unit is absolutely gorgeous! They had a welcome package with snacks and we all enjoyed that. By far one of our favorite stays!

Perfect beach vacation!

My husband and I love everything about this condo. Check in was easy and Dina was so accommodating. The unit was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The views from the huge balcony are exactly what we wanted. The hot tub and grill on the balcony were such a nice added bonus. This was one of my favorite stays in Turquoise Place. I can’t wait to return!

Great trip!

We had a wonderful stay - even with a couple days of rain. The condo is beautiful and very accommodating to families. The resort itself has a lot of great amenities. The view - right on the beach - can’t be beat. My only suggestions is to replace the pillows - especially in the first bedroom when you walk in. And maybe more towel hooks in the bathrooms. It’s hard for a family sharing a bathroom to hang all the towels up. It was a great stay! We will be back!

Absolute perfection!

I can’t say enough about this incredible beach condo! The location was unbeatable—just steps away from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. The condo itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home with a luxurious touch. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the beds were so comfortable that we slept like babies each night.The host was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, even providing thoughtful extras like beach chairs, seasoning for cooking and baby gear! I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for an exceptional beach vacation! We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful property

Great property with a restaurant on the ground level. Excellent gym equipment. Nice indoor pool. The condo itself was well kept and comfortable. Very clean. I highly recommend staying here. The beach was great...even in November!
