Modern chalet for 4 people—located near the beach in a vacation park, cozy and fully equipped

Welcome, welkom, welcome to our new vacation home in Zeeland.
We’ve furnished our “Chalet JZ 41” with lots of love and art, and we hope you’ll simply feel right at home during your stay., Whether you’re a beachgoer, someone looking to entertain the kids, a swimmer, angler, surfer, cycling enthusiast, or hiker, everything is possible on Walcheren—and probably much more.
The starting point for all these activities is “De Bongerd” in Oostkapelle. Here you’ll find over 230 chalets, each on its own lot, along with shared facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor playground, children’s play areas, a bocce court, a café, and a restaurant.
Our vacation home is about 2.8 km from the beach and is easily accessible by bike; however, if you come by car, you’ll need to factor in additional parking fees. The center of Oostkapelle, within walking distance, offers a supermarket, butcher, and fish market, as well as all kinds of charming shops, bistros, and cafes.
Our chalet is approximately 39 m² in size, furnished for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms (a 140-cm double bed, 2 single beds), a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a lovely living, dining, and kitchen area; there’s also a partially covered porch that serves as an extension of the living space in the summer.
Our amenities also include a variety of games, including a shuffleboard (a typical Dutch game), so you can enjoy rainy days without missing a beat.
Whether in the kitchen or the living area, we want to make sure you have everything you need—that’s our motto. There is a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, and a gas stove with an exhaust hood.
As for bedding, we ask that you bring your own fitted sheets and duvet covers, though these can also be booked for a fee. The same applies to towels and kitchen dish towels; both can be booked, but are not required.
All comforters, pillows, and mattresses are new and provided in sufficient quantities.
For a daily fee of €10 or a weekly fee of €50, two bicycles are available; they will be unlocked upon advance reservation.
Beach gear, fishing tackle, or children’s bicycles that you bring with you can be stored securely in the tool shed.
The parking space belonging to the house can accommodate one vehicle; access to the park is permitted from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. At other times, the parking lot in front of the park entrance should and can be used. The walk to the chalet from here takes about 2 minutes.
In addition to the chalet rental price, a parking fee is charged for the included use of the swimming pool, outdoor playground, Kids’ Club, etc., in the amount of €5.50 per day per adult and €2.75 per day per child aged 4–17; the visitor’s tax is €2.10 per night for adults and children. You pay both fees at the front desk upon check-in at the start of your vacation.
To ensure you don’t have to deal with any tedious cleaning tasks after your relaxing vacation, a professional final cleaning is provided for 95.

IDEAL FOR FAMILIES ...
Our “Chalet JZ41” is located in the spacious and attractively landscaped SIBLU Park in Bongerd. During the season (early April–late October), the park offers a wide variety of activities for children, numerous playgrounds and sports fields, an indoor playground, a small indoor swimming pool, as well as a kiosk and a restaurant.


PERFECTLY LOCATED
SIBLU Park in de Bongerd is close to the center (0.5 km from the village center of Oostkapelle). The beautiful, expansive beach is about 3 km away.
The towns of Domburg and Vrouwenpolder are just a few minutes’ drive (or bike ride) away. The city of Middelburg (the oldest city in the Netherlands) and the incredibly charming town of Veere, as well as Zoutelande and Neeltje Jans, are all 12–15 km away. As such, the chalet is a perfect starting point for excursions in the surrounding area.
