"Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times."

"Daniel was fantastic! The place was clea,n, cute and great location. This is not a quiet neighborhood but no issues whatsoever. Just know it’s not in a location of its own if you are looking for that. Will definitely stay again!"

"The home and grounds were STUNNING. The place was super clean and the outdoor fire pit was a huge hit. All the beds were super comfy, the futons were comfy, the sofa was AMAZING. Just a really well thought out and appointed space. Also, the easiest checkout we've ever had. We can't recommend this rental enough."
