"This is an old home but clean and in a safe section and very close to downtown. The kitchen could use a few more items: a mixing bowl, a serving bowl and a few more table knives ( only 2). The thermostat was difficult to control; it must have a set day time night mode which was not good as our 2 week old grand baby was visiting. Also since house is older this may be the cause of heat fluctuations. "

"Very spacious house. There were 5 of us and never felt crowded. Plenty of space to lounge without feeling crowded. Very clean, lovely neighborhood. We spent most of the time on the back patio enjoying the weather! Will definitely book again if I'm in the area again. "

"It was good place. The gaming systems were the best part. Very nice to have. My husband and children loved all thr games. The lighting wasn't very good in the house and it made it difficult seeing. Blinds needed to be replace bc there was some broken places in some of the blinds. Also, the water pressure was very low.pressurlow."

"Location and pricing were good. Quiet area but close to food and shopping. Water pressure in master shower was little to none. Pillows were as thin as a piece of paper and there were no extra pillows/blankets. Saw several dead and live roaches over the course of 3 day stay. Sheets smelled stale and we had to wash ourselves before willing to sleep on them. Over all would not return to this property."

"We brought a boat so we could fish when we weren't playing baseball in Albertville. Perfectly situated near a boat ramp, with the house having a good setup for up to 6. Water was hot, AC worked good, house was clean and just as advertised. We'll stay in this home again instead of a hotel when when play on the lake, or in Albertville.Most of our 19' boat fit under the carport, and if you can handle backing a trailer down a multiple lane boat ramp, you won't have a problem with the driveway.11...

"We were in town for a family birthday celebration over Memorial Day weekend. The house was very comfortable and in an easy location to reach all Guntersville has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Unlike many rentals, this property does not have the usual incidentals so bring your own soap or shower gel, laundry supplies, and first morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. "

"We were pleasantly surprised how roomy the house was. The house was very clean and comfortable.We arrived after dark after a long travel day, and the access to the house was easy with a digital lock.The owner obviously takes pride in his property because everything is well organized. "We had 6 adults with us. The house is extremely clean! There is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and relaxed. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The owner was easy to communicate with. We come to Lake Guntersville every year but usually stay closer to Scottsboro. We are all really glad we decided to stay in Guntersville this year.
