"Room not properly cleaned. Lobby/sitting area had garbage all over the floor. Drug activity in the2nd floor hallway. The desk wouldnt take my chime card for incidentals but allowed guest in front of me to tell them a card number without the physical card. Had to leave about 2 hours after checking in for an emergency and the hotel staff stated the manager would refund and i just had to contact expedia for it and expedia tried multiple times to get ahold of the staff and couldnt. Super sketchy...

"Horrible, dirty and smelly. I checked out after 20 minutes as I was getting nauseous. You can see that I checked in the Quality Inn 30 minutes later. I should not pay for this room."

"Every single person that worked there was friendly and genuine. We were there for 2 days and enjoyed everything about our stay. Matt and Ian wanted to talk to me everytime I saw them. They just wanted to know how our day was going not just how we liked the hotel. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Different waffles and omelets each day made my kids happy. Plenty of choices and the dining area just looked modern and very comfortable to relax in. The pool area was clean and they didn’t run out...

"No shampoo or conditioner. Room was dirty. No maid service for visits of less than three days. Smell of pot was pervasive throughout the hotel. Peeling bathtub. Only one chair in room. Very loud all night. No rules enforced. Staff was delightful. "

"No accessible door. There was an empty Pepsi bottle in our room and no light bulb in one of our bedside lamps. There was a large water bubble on the ceiling above the bed, the heater was falling apart"

"My reserved room that was paid for in full two weeks prior was given to the homeless. The rude staff informed me that it is first come first serve. I had to call the police on the girl at the front desk, and the police said the Hotel is a DHS hotel for the homeless. At 11:30pm all I wanted was to sleep, but instead I spent till 2:00 am to find another Hotel to stay at. This place cannot be trusted. "

"Friendly staff but when I got there I had no bath towels. I told them as I was heading out for dinner. When I arrived late, I still had no towels, I had to call as there was no one at front desk. Luckily I managed to get them but it was a bit of a hassle. Had an issue with the toilet as well it was overflowing. For 2 nights, I’d say there was a lot going on. The only advantage is they take pets and their staff is friendly and I’m super patient."
