"The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point."

"The room was clean. TV didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. Everything metal in room was VERY rusty (fridge, bed frames, folding chair, etc). No breakfast as had been advertised. Spotlight outside room that made it seem like daybreak even with the blackout shades drawn. Ugh. Thankfully- the room was clean so we stayed."

"Absolutely horrible. As soon as we walked into the room we saw stains everywhere. Hair in the bathroom, electrical outlets hanging out the wall, crumbs on the bed, stained bedsheets…everything was just stained. Windows weren’t locked and the bathroom tub was filthy. I checked the mattress and it had this huge brown stain on it and it looked like residual of bed bugs. We stayed maybe 5 mins before telling the manager that we want a refund and that we will be leaving due to it being so dirty. I...

"Horrible, dirty and smelly. I checked out after 20 minutes as I was getting nauseous. You can see that I checked in the Quality Inn 30 minutes later. I should not pay for this room."

"Walked up to the room to check it out before I brought my stuff up and sure glad I did because I flipped the light on inside the door and it didn't work so I found another light turned it on and seen 2 cockroaches run across the stand and I turned around and walked right on out. Still waiting on my refund"

"I think the property is being renovated, which would explain some of the mess on the floors and elevator. But room was super clean, staff was super friendly, location was perfect for getting anywhere around town. Parking was great. It was a short walk to food and convenience store though we did not try them. Disappointed that the fitness room was not accessible, probably due to renovations again."

"I had to wait at least 10 minutes to get checked in and when I went to check out I waited so long for someone to come to the desk that I went back to the room. I had a hard time finding my room and the heat was so loud I could not sleep."

"Overall, pretty average stay. The 4th and 3rd floors are renovated rooms, however, we travel with a pet so requested a 1st floor, non-renovated, room. It DEFINITELY needed renovation. However, the room was clean and fine. My main complaint is that the wheels were broken on both of the luggage carts which made a miserable move in and move out. Honestly, fix the luggage carts!"

"At check, instead of a welcome, we got a lecture about n0-smoking in the room, threatening us with a cleaning bill (we don't smoke, but whatever). Left the lobby, turned the corner to our room and the hallway reeked of cig smoke. I'm pretty sure it was the dude at the counter smoking the place up."
