"Arriving to this hotel,the area around it didn't seem nice. After walking around it, it was better heading toward the old town. Hotel is situated a few minute walk from the old town. Even before that you will come across cafe worth stopping by. The big new shopping mall is easily reached by a tram going from the other side of the river just a couple of minutes walk from hotel. "We loved our stay at the Ornament Hotel in Sarajevo. The hotel is small, but it was perfectly fine for two nights in the city. It has a great location and it is an easy walk to wherever you would want to go. The room was small, but had a balcony looking over the Latin Bridge and the river. "This is THE best property to stay at in Sarajevo. I stayed at another for a night before switching here and it felt like such a relief upon checking in. The room was so comfortable, clean and I loved that the TV had Netflix available. It’s right in the old town center, very near the copper street and has a ton of food and cafes right outside the door. The staff was excellent and I will definitely be recommending this to everyone I know! "

"Very nice small hotel located close to the old town (Baščaršija) and the lovely Kovači-street. The staff were friendly and able to help us with any questions we had, also in terms of booking a taxi for our (very early) morning flight.
