"It's not our first time staying at this hotel, and for good reason. From a clean, spacious, room, to, for us, the convenience of the location, but most of all the courtesy and warmth of the entire staff (everyone at reception, as well as the cleaning and dining room attendants). We couldn't ask for better and will surely be back again. A big thank you to everyone who has made our stays so pleasant, especially Adisa, who always goes above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. :)"

"The Radon is a nice property and close to the Sarajevo Airport. We never could get the temperature right in the room and went to the front desk wherein they set the temperature remotely. Other than that, great stay, friendly staff, and got a taxi to take us to the airport at 0430 in the morning."

Door handle broken, room had several big flys upon arrival.
One week stayed rooms were not cleaned or carpet were not vacuumed.
Not worth the money paid.

"This was our first stop in Bosnia, and we had a wonderful experience. Aladdin was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He helped us with our luggage and made the check-in process quick and easy.
The Old Town is only about a three-minute walk away, which was very convenient. We decided to check out one day earlier than planned because we wanted to visit Mostar, and they made the change very easy for us.
Aladdin is extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I 100%...
