"This property is value for money, perfect for if you just need a place to sleep. It is quiet and easy parking right in front of your room. Our floor was very sloped but it was clean and comfortable."

"For my purposes this worked well. I was aware the property was older and my expectations were not out of line . Room was clean, bed was comfy, had a kitchenette which was nice but it was not all “redone” as some guest might expect but it was a good value for me and served well. "

It needed all the caulking replaced, as the mold was visible behind it. The sink cabinet should be replaced or at least painted. The furniture was out of place and seemed like an afterthought. "Fantastic value!! Last minute trip with my dog to Kanab to go on a variety of adventures, this was much more of a value than any other space I found with a full sized refrigerator for pre-cooked meals coming out from of my loaded cooler, with a kitchen that also allows dogs. Kitchen has the basics, so if there is something more than just a basic kitchen tool, best to ask. I didn't need anything, but I was just warming up pre-cooked meals. As mentioned in other reviews: bring your ear...
