"Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, unique and tasty breakfast. This property, just like the small town of Kanab is very charming. You can walk to everywhere in the town from here, in addition the property has free bike rentals for guests who want to explore the area. Well appointed lobby and plenty of plush seating out front add to the relaxed feel. Staff is very polite and helpful. You'll love the American small town experience."

"The staff (Travis) was awesome. Very helpful in everything. Room was comfortable and uniquely decorated. A little bright at night, but not horrible. Breakfast was very unique, but not for children, though maybe they have options for them. The only problem we had was the faucet knob. It was very hard to pull up for my mom with arthritis, but we managed. Very quiet!"

"I loved that the laundry was free. We also woke up to a flat tire in our car. The owner was there and volunteered to fill our tire up for us. He recommended a place in town to get the tire fixed and we were able to get on our way in an hour. Small town and locally owned is the way to go! Thank you so much to the owner for helping us. That would not have happened in a chain hotel."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great. Good lighting, amenities, shower, towels, and we seniors appreciated the non slip mat for the shower! Room lighting and electrical outlets were good. TV was good too. Breakfast was great! Eggs, sausage, cereals, muffins, waffles, yogurt, breads and English muffins, milk and juices, coffees etc. I would totally recommend this property."

"This was our second stay at this classic motor court, which we love to visit on road trips. Unfortunately, it was much hotter than on our last visit and the sun blasted in the large front window; yes there were curtains, but the A/C to combat the heat was crazy loud. As in TV volume: 4 without the A/C: 47 with the A/C, no exaggeration. As before, guests head to the sister property down the street for breakfast, which seems odd but works; the pool there was available to Aikens guests. Plenty of...

"The hot tub was not working and the pool was very little - we didn't use them. The TV was a little confusing to use. - But overall very nice visit."

"The property was clean and spacious. Allowed Pets for a bit extra. The beds were amazing. Showers worked great. They have ample parking, including a spot in front of your cabin. They could've gotten a bit better toilet paper. The internet connectivity is almost nonexistent, depending on where your cabin is. If you were situated at the back, there is no way that you would be able to connect to wifi."

"The room was clean besides the cockroach walking across the floor, we only saw the one the entire visit. Everything seemed clean, just old and outdated and patched up. Parking was right in front of our door, roomy and convenient. It is pet friendly BUT you have to pay $30 per pet which should be disclosed before you book. Then they tell you if your animal wets the bed you have to replace the mattress. That wasn’t an issue but what if my kids wet the bed??? Only one air conditioner worked so we...
