"Another wonderful visit. Fantastic views of the ocean, and we love opening the doors, listening to the waves, and feeling the cool ocean breeze. The bed was quite comfortable - being able to adjust it for each person is fantastic. The host is very responsive and friendly, wanting to make sure everything for our stay was just right!"

"Great property with beautiful sunsets. We were even blessed with a whale sighting one morning! The property is a bit farther than we expected from restaurants and attractions but if the beach is your main focus, you can’t go wrong. We would happily return. "

"The place was absolutely amazing! It had everything in the kitchen for meals, no need to bring blankets, pillows, beach chairs. Everything was provided. I went down with my granddaughter. We go down to that area every year, and we will definitely will be back at this place. Beach access was down the stairs and a couple steps to the right. She went down to the beach, and I stayed on the balcony and watched the ocean. Any questions we had on the property were immediately answered."

"The property, check-in, etc was just as described. It was perfect size for my dog and myself. Very easy to access roads to Aptos and Santa Cruz. Very private. There was a very noisy house work going on next door the first day I arrived. Luckily, that didn't continue the rest of the stay. "

"A must stay and will definitely return. Beautiful condo with views of both river and the ocean. Short walk to the quiet beach and enjoyed pickle and tennis courts. Condo wonderfully decorated and newly updated. 2 bedrooms comfortable to accommodate my family. Love the surrounding nature throughout the property."

"Very clean and safe. Fast access to amazing beach. Excellent accommodations. Basic cooking utensils, salt, pepper, mayo, olive oil etc. May want to bring some zip lock bags, there were none. There were no beach chairs, but you could rent them for 15 at the guest desk. There were pickleball paddles in the condo (courts on site). The pond on property had a nice walking path. We are birders so there was always something to see. Glxondo was a manageable distance from Santa Cruz and Monterey,...
