"今回は寝るだけの宿泊でしたが空港直結でとても便利でした。 急に飛行機が欠航になったので、宿泊の準備がなく、他のホテルでよくある、チェックイン時に女性に洗顔料や化粧水、乳液などのパックを提供してもらえると嬉しいです。 空港のホテルなので、ぜひそういうサービスを期待します。またロビー階に自由に取れるコットンなどの箱は頻繁にして補充欲しい、食事帰りにもらおうと思っていたら、ほとんど無くなっていて貰えなかったので。 洗面所にはよくある拡大鏡があると嬉しいです。 水周りは綺麗でシャワーも水圧も良く気持ち良かったです。"

"아침 식사가 생각보다 퀄리티나 종류면에서 그저 그랬고 (전날 묵은 호텔과 비교되어서 그럴지도 모르겠네요. ), 건물 구조가 특이한데 제일 끝방을 배정받아 엘레베이터에서부터 동선이 매우 좋지않았습니다. 꽤나 밤에 체크인 해서 아마 남은 방을 준거라 생각하긴 합니다만. 룸 컨디션도 아무래도 청결면에서 깨끗하긴 하지만, 다른 방들에 비해 좋지않던데 제가 있던 층의 다른 방들은 더 높은 그레이드의 방이었던건지도 모르겠네요. 그래도 비교적 다른 호텔들에 비해 룸 사이즈는 넓긴했습니다. 직원들은 친절했습니다. 여러가지 도움을 받아 감사했습니다. ..."
