Location: There are 2 units on this property. Unit B is situated at the back.
Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $45 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
Parking: Unit B includes one designated parking spot beneath the carport, located on the right side. Additional vehicles should be parked on the street.
Backyard: A fully fenced backyard is available; however, it will be shared with the other unit.
Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a mini-split controlled by a remote. Please refrain from setting the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter to prevent the potential freezing of pipes and malfunctions (refer to the instructions in the house manual).
Laundry: The washer and dryer are intended for use by cleaning attendants or for bookings extending 30 days or more.
Budget Airbnb Stay: Clean, cozy 1-bedroom or studio with a private entrance, bathroom, and small kitchen for $40-$60 per night—cheaper than a motel. Please note, it's an older property without a full kitchen or oven, and we don't offer luxury extras like wine, airport pickup, or high-end amenities.
