"IMO one of the best hotels in the Tokyo as its not busy around you but you have so many options for food with full streets packed with restaurant just next to you, you have a train/bus station a 5 minute walk and a supermarket / mall 3 mins walk!"

"This hotel is located in a quiet residential area, a bit far from the major sightseeing attractions, so it may not be the most convenient choice if you rely on public transportation. However, we find the apartment-style room very suitable for our family of four and as we travel around by rental car, the location is not a major concern for us. "

"I've stayed at this hotel before in 2023. I booked it again purely because of the great service, very quick check-in, quiet neighborhood, lots of dining and shopping in the area, and most importantly, a 1-min walk to the train station with trains that can get you anywhere in Tokyo. I plan on doing another Japan trip in 2027, and no doubt I will book this hotel again from my Tokyo stay. My one suggestion though would be to include tea-bags and sugar along with the room kettle and cups in the...

"立地条件がとても良く都内のどこへでも便利に行ける。JR亀戸駅からも徒歩３分くらいで文句なしです。スタッフはほとんどが外国人ですがみんな日本語が上手でまったく問題ありません。今回は宿泊料金も手頃でとても満足した滞在ができました。"

"The staff was friendly and was there to assist when needed. Breakfast was included as well as in laundry unit. They had their cocktail hour and coffee tine which i really liked. The only bad thing is the room was too small and not enough space for your luggage. Pack lightly"

"This is at least 5 th times I stay there. It is my go to hotel in Tokyo. Staff are very attentive and professional. They attend you above and beyond. The hotel itself is always clean It is compact hotel yet every thing you need is there. Transportation is great. You can do anywhere from Kinshicho station so many great eats out and shopping there "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel three times. Every time I come to Japan I book my stay here. There is a Lawson across the street and a shopping mall a block or two away. The location is ideal and the staff have always been very helpful with any request I have. The train station is 5-10 minutes on foot and the Sobu line can take you directly to hot spots like Akihabara and Shinjuku. "

"This was my first time in Japan and my stay at this hotel made my experience very smooth. It was close to the train station which was very convient. It is literally across the street from a 7/11 and other convenient stores incase I needed anything. The man who checked me in spoke very good English and explained the housekeeping policy. Pretty much everything is just like a hotel here in the US with its own Japanese influence. Highly recommended for those looking for a budget friendly, but...
