"Room was very clean and spacious, staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel location was good with old town, castle and river front in easy walking distance. Tram stop 5 mins walk away from here you can get a tram to the Jewish quarter and ghetto. Some nice places to eat near the hotel as well. "
"Perfectly situated next to the Castle/near the Vistula River and equidistant between the main square (market place) and the ICE convention center. Lots of churches, shops, restaurants on the walk through old town to the main square. Fiorentina restaurant at this hotel is excellent as well. "
"We just left this fabulous property today.
I can’t imagine a hotel in Krakow that’s in a better location. Just a few minutes across the square is Kraków’s main train station, connected to one of Poland’s largest shopping malls.
It’s a 10 minute walk to the Old Krakow town square where we ate every evening.
Side note - the prices in Poland are amazing when compared to North America. A nice dinner for two, with wine, beer, etc. will run you $50-$75 CAD total, depending what you order. Items...

Die Innenstadt war auch sehr gut und schnell mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir werden es weiterempfehlen an alle die sich Krakau anschauen möchten."

"Very good service. Breakfast was included in our room rate. The cold cuts and sweets were all good. There was also a breakfast menu to order eggs Benedict etc, at no extra charge. Two mornings we had to leave early and they made up breakfast boxes to take with us. Just two examples. I was very impressed. "
"This property is clean and modern. The rooms are fine and with comfortable beds. There are other adjoining hotels but traffic is minimal. There’s a pathway to a very large exercise park. Best way from hotel to downtown is via Uber. Downtown travel is almost impossible with rental car and is not worth the trouble trying to find parking or working through the non resident restrictions.
