"What a great place to stay! The property has been updated and was clean and about 5 minutes from two different boat ramps on Caddo Lake. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and a boat. Highly recommend!"

"Our Family Reunion was a hit. We're extremely Happy with this Host and Lovely Home.It was peacefull and relaxed. We just had death in the family and didn't know if we would still come. But it worked out and this place is a charm. Will be coming back . Worth every penny."

"The cabin was very comfortable and well-furnished. Plenty of hot water and a good shower. The air conditioner worked particularly well. The location was just what we were looking for—on the banks of a slough that connected to Big Cypress Bayou. We were able to put in right by the cabin, but we weren’t bothered by the boat traffic out on the bayou. "

"Had a lovely time at Sanders Lodge. Plenty of space inside and out to spread out, the lake is much more beautiful in person than the pictures give it credit. I wish that we could’ve stayed longer. "

"The property has been well planned by using a mfd home and adding floorspace to it. Amenities include a deck w hottub, a game room, a porch w outdoor tv, and the balcony overlooking the river. Great place to host friends and family!"

"This is the second time we have enjoyed staying at this property. There is nothing bad I can say about it. It's very welcoming, cozy, clean, and has everything you would want to have an enjoyable stay. The backyard is very cute and I wish it had not been so hot outside and so humid or we would have made good use of the included Grill. The backyard is also privacy fenced so that's very nice. "Excellent house on the river, extremely clean and every convenience that you would need. The family had a great time and we also caught some fish. Would highly recommend staying at this location. Communication was excellent."

"Unique option for an out of the norm experience. We went for my husband's birthday, we enjoyed being right on the water. Location was right in the middle of everything that Uncertain has to offer. We were able to enjoy a mud boat racing event on one of the days we were there. I did see a few complaints about the activity/noise on the dock where this is located.
