"The first room was hot an extremely dirty. We were moved to a different room and it was cool but the hallways are so hot. The new room had hair and stains everywhere except the beds which were comfortable. Almost everything was broken. Tv does t allow streaming and the guide did t work. The valet people were nice but it was chaos. The price for valet is way too much and the self parking is inconvenient. I wouldn’t stay here ever again."

"Loved how spacious the room was and the layout made it easy for everyone to have their own time/space to recharge and yet we could all still come together and play cards at the table and all were able to watch a movie together (again, because of the layout of the room and the placement of the TV- smart design) My ONLY issue was the pull out bed didn’t have a comforter and when I called down for more blankets, a man came to the door and dropped off two sets of sheets…no blankets…no comforter. ...
