"The staff was accommodating, kind, and super patient as I transferred my siblings to this hotel after we took a look at the entire vibe of the place. Being Vegas, it was a great bonus to walk in and find a peaceful, quiet and great smelling place! The rooms were beautiful and clean. We all left with the assurance that if we find ourselves in Vegas this is the place we will be staying! "

"Overall the experience far exceeded our expectations. The staff checked in daily to see if we needed anything and ensured all our needs were met. The only thing we weren’t to pleased with was the pressure once we arrived to go to concierge and felt sales pressured to sign up for a vacation club tour. I feel that it should be suggested and let the guest decide if they want to go on the tour and not feel pressured that we have to sign up right there. We lost $40 due to deciding not to go on...
