We asked for a room change as our room overlooked the roof and we were told that we could not change rooms. We were charged an additional $100 at check in, and it was not explained to us that it was a refundable security deposit so we were confused as to why we were being charged extra. The sheets were not changed after the first nights stay and the bathroom toiletries seemed to just be thrown onto the counter haphazardly. We were woken in the middle of the night by a couple in the next room having extremely loud sex, which was very disturbing. There was a lot of loud running up and down the hallway around midnight.
On a brighter note, all the security guards that we encountered were polite and very helpful. We do not plan to stay at this property again.
