The apartment is made in modern minimalism, where it immediately becomes cozy and comfortable. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. All materials used in the repair were purchased in Italy and Turkey. The apartment is new - made 2 weeks ago, but has already managed to please visitors from all countries with its comfort, location and beautiful interior. The apartment is located in the most elite private sector of Odessa, there is no fuss or noisy neighbors, to Arcadia 5 minutes by car.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, short-term outages of light and water are possible, but this happens so rarely that we are confident that you will not notice it.
Upon check-in, we take a photocopy of your passport and a deposit equal to 1 day of residence, and before departure we check all the premises and accessories for integrity, in case of damage the residents undertake to cover all expenses for compensation of damage that the landlord will declare.
