  • Nuestra casa está preparada para grandes grupos. Está en la ubicación perfecta, a solo 15 minutos de la colmena de actividades de Bathurst, a 15 minutos de los fabulosos jardines de Mayfield y muy cerca de las famosas cuevas de Jenolan. Hay una pequeña cafetería y pub campestre a solo dos minutos en coche. Esta es realmente una escapada increíble al campo.

    Toorale es una generosa casa de 6 dormitorios con dos salas de estar y tres baños. Estamos en 25 acres con mucho espacio por dentro y por fuera. Contamos con una piscina al aire libre y una cancha de tenis que hacen que las vacaciones de verano sean divertidas o, como alternativa, en invierno, disfrute de nuestra chimenea interior con la presencia ocasional de nieve.

    Dé un paseo por nuestra propiedad y disfrute de las presas y los arroyos mientras se mezcla con nuestros animales de granja. Recoja los huevos de gallina y alimente a nuestras vacas y ovejas para la experiencia completa de la granja.

Beautiful Area

Amazing

The house was fantastic! There were plenty of great features and it was a very beautiful location. Mel was wonderful! Very accomodating and made sure our stay was great. Would definitely love to visit again

The perfect weekend away

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this wonderful property! Everything was easy with checking in and the place was even better than we expected. Beds were comfy and the rooms were all clean and welcoming. The heated pool was great for the weather and all the activities on site were so much fun. The highlight is of course the cows! Highly recommend booking a stay here!

Winter getaway

Great property for larger groups. We really enjoyed the open space inside and outside the house. The host was very quick to reply to our questions, with excellent service. We will stay again.

Family Christmas

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. It was excellent and everything we wanted. The addition of the Hanes room was a huge hit. We will stay again.

Great location, good property

Location was outstanding and property was great for a large group. Host is very accommodative and prompt communications. While property was great, the outdoor could be kept lot more cleaner and well setup for the next group.

Overall a great property if you want to spend the weekend on a farm. All the amenities and equipment were in working order. Will definitely be back.

Relaxed

The house was so well suited to our group of friends and family, room to spread out. Wood fire kept us very warm and gave us a relaxed stay. The host supplied breakfast and much more. Close to Bathurst for a days excursion. we had a great time.

We are a group of 11 adults that regularly go away together. Property was great for us, we used the inside fire, played on the tennis court and even jumped in to the pool.Kitchen area great for a large groups and everyone was able to sit together for meals.Visited the pub for dinner and some of the group spent the day in Bathurst, lots of things to do.

Family Birthdau celebration

Brilliant layout in house and all on one level. Great for our littlest one and one with disabilities.Plenty of activities to keep the kids Occupied we only went off the property for a birthday lunch at Roughely pub and the ladies did a gin tadting Pool was warm enough yo swim i did a gin tasting

Mini resort

We had a great time. Loved the tennis court although too cool for the pool. House worked well for our group of friends. Lovely village and sadly the pub closed for renovation. Thanks Melanie for all the goodies left for our use, we didn’t expect it and it was a lovely gesture.

CLEANLINESS

We had a great stay at this property and we would highly recommend staying here the property was great but the only downfall was the CLEANLINESS of the house! The whole house needs a good deep clean inside! Communication and all with the owner was great. Plenty of space in the house for everyone.

Christmas in July family get together

Absolutely beautiful retreat for large or small groups very spacious living areas beautiful kitchen area and bedrooms all great size. We enjoyed all on offer except the pool....bit cool in July. The games room tennis court fire pit. The chickens sheep and cows were all very friendly and we all enjoyed their company. Melanie was a great host answering all my silly questions very promptly. We would highly recommend this lovely farm for a relaxing getaway anytime. Already organising a return trip with our families we loved it

Country comfort

There are many bedroom with lots of combinations. There is a pool that you can even use in winter. Cows, chickens and sheep keep kids away from screens. The house is nice and warm, with deep lounge chairs for wstvhing tv and reading. Mel, our hostess, made us very comfortable and left plenty of supplies and backup support. Lots of activitirs to do around us.

A great stay in the country

This was an ideal property for multiple families getting together. The Oconnell area is quite picturesque and this house has panoramic views toward Bathurst. It is also ideally situated close to a very nice friendly cafe and the Oconnell Pub. We used all the facilities offered, the fire pits, the tennis court, the games room, the indoor fire and the heated pool which was a real bonus on the cooler days. We had visits from cows and kangaroos and the chooks were really friendly. We had the best lamb cutlets ever at The Royal Hotel in Oberon. Unfortunately Mayfield Gardens had been severely damaged by the cold snap just before our trip. The only negative was the wifi which did not work for a large group of users. This house was not in pristine condition however we saw that as a positive which allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay.

3 day family break

Location, beds / linen, pool, games room, seating, house size all very good. What spoilt the stay was the poor condition of building. Door entry step, tiles and slate, dishwasher racks, taps, lounges, some chairs, towel racks, various inclusions broken or missing. Supplied toys dirty or broken. No instructions at all about garbage, dishwasher use. 9am check-out is very unfair - having them waiting outside at 9am very unprofessional. Overall, it was disappointing for the amount charged - overpriced.
