"I slept like a baby in this quaint apartment. The home was simply, yet comfortably furnished and gave cozy vibes. The property is lined with trees/vegetation providing privacy and the location was central to the area allowing easy navigation to all of Portland. Just 10 minutes from the Jetway and the wharf. The property owner was communicative & the check-in process couldn't have been easier."

"This place was perfect for us! It is small, as described, but just what we needed. The couch was opened up and perfect for our 4 year old to sleep on. They provided sheets for the futon bed as well. The bed was comfortable. Perfect location! We walked to Congdon's for doughnuts and to their food truck night. Also walked to Mike's Clam shack. Ogunquit and York are a short drive. We loved the pool. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay again. "

"Everything was clean except for the floors. They were dark; when we spilled something the cloth we wiped with came back black. The host has really "poor boyed" everything...the towels were threadbare, wash cloths had threads hanging off of them. The sheets were cheap with rubber cover on mattress, similar to what you would put on a crib; the sheets would not stay on the bed due to this cover. The futon was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, if next to impossible to get up off...the springs...

"Overall it was a great stay with plenty of room for the 4 people we had. Super close to the beach and great food. I searched for awhile to find a place that had some private outdoor area and i gambled a little because there is another rental right behind the one we stayed in plus the owners home was directly in front of us and our only seperate-ish area was the fire pit area out front which is on what was a pretty busy road during the day, but at nighttime the road quieted down and the hosts...
