"We arrived earlier than expected but they still checked us in. The staff were helpful and overall very friendly. Our only complaint was how loud the air conditioning unit is. The pool was never over crowded, they keep a schedule of the rocket launches, breakfast goes until 10 instead of 9 and the beach is only steps away! Quite a few restaurants and shops are within walking distance and the pier is a must see too. "

"Despite being an older hotel, the rooms are modern and updated. The beds were comfortable. The shower water was hot and had good water pressure. The pool was nice, it was great to cool off in after a day in the Florida heat. The free breakfast was a nice addition. It was a nice stay for the price. There was an $8.75 resort fee per day that Expedia failed to mention. "

"We had a very enjoyable stay at the Crown Plaza. All the staff were polite and professional and asked how we were doing. The hotel is clean and Longboards food is excellent. Having live bands on the weekend was a major bonus and gave the experience a great vibe. We will come back!"
