The Melrose, 2C and 2D Two bedroom Suite: Romantic Getaway, Steps from the Beach

A Prime location. One block from the beach & boardwalk. Steps from the walking bridge to downtown Asbury Park. Views of the ocean, Wesley Lake, The Stone Pony & Down Town Asbury. Adjacent to picturesque "Founders Park" with its flowing fountain. All amidst the charm and tranquility of peaceful, historic Ocean Grove. This fully renovated Victorian home offers three covered terraces to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze. It's everything a vacation to the shore should be.

The Space:
Combining two of our more popular suites (2D and 2C) this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom option affords guests the luxury of two connected rooms. The main room features a Queen sized bed, newly renovated ensuite bath with tub, a chaise lounge, tv, dresser, closet and mini fridge. The adjoining room features a full size bed, a newly renovated out of suite private bath (directly across the hall, only 2C can access), TV, mini fridge, closet and ensuite vanity and sink.

Each suite at the Melrose features smart home technology. Smart TV's offer free access to Hulu Live or the ability to sign into your favorite streaming service. State of the art Wifi beacons provide 1000/1000 mbps internet connection through out the entire house and exterior porches. Smart locks ensure you'll always have access without having to tote around a set of keys! Guests also have complete control of the temperature within their suite.

Guest Access:
This is a 2nd floor unit that requires stairs for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out.

Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. With that in mind, we cannot provide approval for early check-in, in advance. If your room is ready prior to check-in, we will let you know.

The Neighborhood:
Looking for a fun night out? Asbury Park offers plenty of excitement. Prefer a quiet dinner for two? Ocean Grove is the ideal setting. Our location offers unparalleled access to everything that makes the Jersey Shore so special.

We recommend a walk (or run) down the boardwalk. Start in Asbury Park and head south towards Ocean Grove. Walk through Bradley Beach and Avon-By-The-Sea until you reach the Belmar Bridge as you enter Belmar. Every community and every beach offers a different flavor and there are an infinite amount of places to explore.

Getting Around:
We're in walking distance to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops are all only a few minutes away.

We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry.

Other Things to Note:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10PM - 8AM.

We guarantee beach passes to all of our guests. Passes are sold at cost for $7/person/day and must be paid for with cash. Please request your beach passes at least 1 day in advance of arrival, so that we can leave them in your room prior to check-in.

We have a strictly enforced "No Pets" policy.

Please be advised that interior hallways and exterior porches are monitored by video surveillance and noise monitoring systems.
