Welcome to your beach house in the charming surfside town of Ocean Grove, Victoria! Our spacious and modern split-level 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is perfect for families, groups visiting the local wineries or on a golf trip, and construction workers in town for mid-term stays. With the capacity to sleep up to 8 guests, everyone will have plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Step inside to find a contemporary interior that complements the retro feel of the classic 1970s beachside home. It was designed with your comfort in mind. The open-plan mezzanine area features large, comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a wine in the evening. The fully equipped kitchen has appliances, ample counter space, and all the utensils you need to whip up a delicious meal.
The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated and feature comfortable beds and quality linens to ensure a good night’s sleep. Two bathrooms (Ensuite in Master upstairs, main bathroom with separate bath and toilet) service the house, both featuring walk-in all the amenities you need to freshen up after a day of exploring.
But the perks don’t stop there! Step outside to discover a lovely outdoor area, perfect for an afternoon soaking up the sun. And with off-street parking available, you’ll have no trouble bringing along your car for easy exploration of the surrounding area, or the boat if you're coming for a fishing trip.
Location is key, and ours is second to none. We are located 850 meters from the shopping centre and 1.5km to Ocean Grove's main street, where you’ll find a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The surf beach is also just 2km away. Plus, there is a beautiful nature reserve right behind the house which takes you an amazing cafe with the best coffee.

Just a short walk from the surf beach and the lively main street, you'll have endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation. Explore the golden sands of Ocean Grove Beach, perfect for surfing, sunbathing, and family fun. Nature lovers can enjoy birdwatching and peaceful trails at the Nature Reserve right behind the home. Enjoy some recreational activities across the road at the Bellarine Aquatic and Sports Centre, Skatepark and take your pooch for a run around the oval.
